The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed directions. My room had a comfortable bed with good quality bedding. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean.
The lift was not very reliable.

The spacious room featured big windows providing lots of light. A fan and a heater were present, useful for temperature control. A set of towels were provided in the room, this was a nice touch for a hostel.

The location is unbeatable! it's so close to the pier, the beach, and all the lively bars. i also appreciated that they accommodated my special requests with such care. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the hotel is right across from the pier! it really is in an amazing spot near tons of attractions. getting around is easy with the bus service conveniently located right outside the door.

there are great food places to eat nearby, should you want to eat out, and you can take your meal back to the hotel room. the nearby cafes serve delicious breakfast options! plenty of choices for a quick bite or a satisfying meal are available.

the staff was helpful, even at 5am! they handled my requests with professionalism and speed. the check-in process was seamless and the team was always there to answer questions, and address concerns, i felt very well taken care of.

i appreciated the location near the pier and many bus stops. an elevator was available, helpful for transporting luggage. having a bathroom in the room added convenience to my stay.
the windows did not lock properly, so drafts were present, leading to rattling and a colder room (electric heater was provided).

the staff were helpful. i got a warm welcome. the location is very nice , especially as i was going to a gig at chalk. chalk is literally behind the hotel.
the windows were not sound proof. i could hear all the noise from the street. i could not fall asleep for hours. the window also did not isolate properly , so it was a bit chilly.
